AIVORA

INTERNATIONAL TRADING

Global sourcing built around commercial clarity

AIVORA sources products from international suppliers and runs what happens between the purchase order and the delivery — supplier research, written specifications, comparable quotations, documentation and shipment.

The work is run from Dubai, within one working day of both the manufacturing regions goods come from and the markets they are sold into.

Most of a sourcing decision is made before a supplier is chosen

A factory can be entirely capable of making a product and still be the wrong factory for a particular order. Capability is what it can produce; suitability is whether it will produce that at your volume, to your specification, on the schedule the order depends on.

That distinction carries most of the commercial risk, and none of it is visible in a product listing. Establishing it takes a written requirement, quotations put onto terms that can actually be compared, and enough contact with a supplier to see how they answer a question that is inconvenient to answer.

AIVORA does that work before an order is placed, then stays with it through production, documents and shipment — the stretch where a missing certificate or a weight that does not reconcile costs more than the price difference that justified the choice.

TRADING CAPABILITIES

What we handle

Global Sourcing Solutions

You know what you need and not who makes it well. We research the supply base for that product category, shortlist manufacturers with relevant production history, and put one written specification in front of each. What comes back is a set of quotations that can be compared.

Supplier Discovery & Coordination

A shortlist is only worth having if the suppliers on it are what they appear to be. Trade licences, export history and certifications get verified, samples are requested against the written specification, and every technical question doubles as a test. How a supplier answers during evaluation is how they will answer during production.

Procurement Management

Quotations arrive on different terms: incoterms, minimum quantities, payment schedules, tooling and sample costs. Putting them onto one basis is the work that makes a price difference mean something. Negotiation and the purchase order follow from there.

International Trade Operations

Documents hold up more shipments than production does. We keep the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and transport document consistent with each other and with the goods, and book freight against the value and urgency of what is moving.

E-commerce Supply Solutions

Marketplace supply has to survive contact with real order volume. Sourcing and reorder workflows are built around listing requirements, packaging and labelling rules, and the lead times a replenishment cycle actually runs on.

Trade Intelligence

Sourcing generates scattered information: quotes, revisions, specifications, shipping documents. All of it goes in one place, so a comparison made for the first order is still there when the third one is placed.

TRADING SOLUTIONS

From a market to enter to a channel to open

Sourcing starts with a defined requirement. These solutions start earlier: when the question is how to enter a market or open a new sales channel. We assess the route first, then coordinate the commercial and operational work that follows.

HOW WE WORK

From requirement to delivery

  1. 01

    Define the requirement

What the product must do, which tolerances cannot move, what the destination market requires by way of certification and labelling, and the volume expected now and on reorder.

  2. 02

    Identify suppliers

Research the supply base for that category and shortlist manufacturers with relevant production history, verified against trade licences, export record and certifications.

  3. 03

    Evaluate commercially

Put every quotation onto one basis — incoterms, minimum quantity, lead time, payment schedule, tooling — so the comparison reflects the offer rather than how it was written.

  4. 04

    Coordinate the order

Place the purchase order, agree the points at which samples are approved and production is reported, and hold one point of contact on each side so decisions are not taken twice.

  5. 05

    Prepare the shipment

Reconcile the document set against itself and against the goods before dispatch, arrange inspection where the order calls for it, and book freight to suit the value and the deadline.

  6. 06

    Follow through delivery

Track the consignment, resolve what arises in transit or at the border, and record what the next order should do differently.

WHY AIVORA

What this adds up to

  • Global Market Access

Supply routes into categories and regions a business has no existing contacts in, assessed before anything is committed.

  • Commercial Understanding

Offers judged on landed cost and delivered reliability rather than unit price, which is the number most easily made to look attractive.

  • Technology-Enabled Operations

Supplier comparisons, order status and document sets held in one place instead of across inboxes belonging to different people.

  • Supplier Continuity

Relationships built to carry a reorder cycle, so the second order does not start from the same position as the first.

TECHNOLOGY ADVANTAGE

Technology supporting smarter trade decisions

Sourcing at distance produces a lot of scattered information — quotes, specifications, revisions, shipping documents — and most of it ends up in the inbox of whoever happened to receive it.

AIVORA keeps that record in one place: each supplier comparison against the requirement it was quoted for, order status as production moves, and the document set belonging to each shipment. It is the same technology capability the business offers, turned on its own trade operations.

The tooling is not the point. The point is that a question asked in the fourth month can be answered from what was written down in the first.
